As the Owner of Value Vinyls, I focus my time and energy on the direction of our business through a variety of different actions. I am engaged with our key customers, visiting our production partners, networking with our business friends across the world, and making sure our staff are engaged and entertained with some occasional antics. When outside of the office (there is no such thing as an off day), I enjoy time with my wife and teenage kids, making others laugh at my golf swing, and ensuring that no dust accumulates on my suitcase with regular travel. I still have 4 states to go to see all 50 U.S. states, with the final ones being Alaska, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
With over 25 years of experience in marketing and business planning in the Industrial Textile industry in Australia, working with the dedicated team now at Value Vinyls in an advisory role is a great fit for me. It has been an adventure learning more about the US market and our small differences in culture, and having the opportunity to meet many of the Value Vinyls customers along the way has been wonderful. When time permits I love to travel and explore new destinations with my husband and stepchildren, and I try to get back to Australia to visit my family and friends in Sydney as often as possible.
My primary responsibility at Value Vinyls is to support the outside sales effort and coordinate with marketing to grow the structure fabrics lines that Value Vinyls represents. I do like lots of fun things like water skiing, roller skating, and my favorite thing is hanging out at the beach with my sweetheart. My career began in the metal canopy business over 25 years ago and for the last 24 years have worked in the fabric industry, it is my passion and something I love doing.

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Serving in the role of Head of Human Resources, my focus is on the design and delivery of engagement and professional development strategies that support competency growth, leadership training, and employee satisfaction. Prior to joining Value Vinyls, I served as the top HR executive for several international organizations and launched an independent human resources consulting practice. I also serve my community via my role as a Firefighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Carrollton, Texas.
DIRECTOR, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
I work with high-level technicians to develop and customize products that meet fabricators’ needs. I have 3 musically talented sons. I highly encourage their musical development and have jam sessions with them for a bonding experience. I am associated with a small population of people known as “left-handers”; though it is a recessive trait, my immediate family has beat the odds and are the majority.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
As National Sales Manager of Value Vinyls, I am responsible for attaining revenue targets and executing the company’s sales plan. I have a passion for creating “win-win” scenarios for our company, sales representatives and customers. My time outside of the office is spent traveling with our reps, visiting with key customers, and uncovering new opportunities. I also get to work closely with our Product Development and Marketing teams. My wife and I have three wonderful children. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy playing tennis and taking family ski trips.
