GRAB TENSILE

We clamp the fabric at two points on the same edge and pull them in opposite directions. This creates focused stress—like uneven tension or shifting weight during real-world use—so we can see how well the material holds up where pressure hits hardest.

Tongue tear

We make a small cut to see how the material reacts under sudden stress—like a sharp edge or strong wind. This test shows how well the material resists tearing, so even if damage starts, it won’t spread and weaken the entire product.

PUNCTURE

By simulating real-world impacts, this test ensures that materials used in industrial, athletic, and tensile applications can withstand sharp forces without compromising durability or performance.

ABRASION

Simulates wear and friction to evaluate a material’s durability and resistance to surface damage. This test ensures vinyl products maintain their strength, performance, and appearance under real-world conditions

COLOR GRADING
