Custom Vinyl Fabric Testing and Validation (for Fabricators)
Getting a custom vinyl wrong is expensive. This is the step where we prove your fabric will perform the way the spec sheet claims. Before full scale production, Value Vinyls runs custom vinyl fabric testing and documented inspection on every formulation so your textile is validated for real world use.

VALIDATION AND SUPPORT
Every formula is checked for the things that actually cause failures in the field: color match tolerance (ΔE), gauge and weight consistency, tensile and tear strength, adhesion, abrasion, cold crack, UV stability and flame performance. Once the numbers hit target, the product moves into production and is then stored and shipped from one of our convenient North American warehouse locations in Texas, Illinois, and Toronto, Canada.
Our process doesn’t end at shipment. We work with you to evaluate how your vinyl performs in the field, identifying refinements and opportunities for long-term improvement. With every iteration, we help strengthen the material and your competitive edge.
From first sample and prototype through long-term orders, our technical and customer teams stay involved to help you:
• Choose and validate the right construction before you commit to production
• Troubleshoot any issues during the job
• Review performance after install and, when needed, refine the spec for future projects
- • Leverage our proactive inventory forecasting so you have the right vinyl in stock when the next order hits
BUILT. TESTED. BACKED.
Testing doesn’t stop in the lab, it continues wherever your vinyl is used.
As your vinyl fabric supplier and project partner, we stay involved after delivery, track field performance, and respond with data backed adjustments when conditions, codes or customer requirements change.
The result is simple: a custom vinyl that is built to your application, tested against the risks that matter, and backed by a team who supports you before, during, and after the sale.
